Conference Registration
- The conference will be held online.
- The registration for the SSIM 2021 will start on Jul. 01, 2021 and early bird registration will end on Jul. 15, 2021.
- Early bird registration fee for non-member is 375 USD (11,250 NTD) and for IEEE member is 325 USD (9,750 NTD).
- The author shall pay the registration fee in either US dollar or NT dollar.
- For each paper, at least one author must register by Aug. 08, 2021 accompanied with paper ID# which shall be obtained upon the paper submission.
- Student registration: To qualify for the student rate, a proof of full-time student status (ie, a copy of student card or certification from university) will be required.
- IEEE member registration: To qualify for the member rates, IEEE membership will be required.

Registration Fee
▶ Poster presentation's registration fee would be same as the virtual presentation's registration fee.
▶ The registration fees listed are already discounted.
▶ No extra charge for more submissions of the same author(s).
(The author shall pay the registration fee by either US dollar or NT dollar, and the exchange rate is fixed at USD: TWD = 1: 30)

Refund policy
For authors who wish to withdraw from the event, please contact us at ssim2021@ssim2021.org
If the date of notice is more than 30 days from the event, we will provide a full refund.
If the date of notice is between 7 and 14 days from the event, we will provide a 50% refund.
If the date of notice is less than 7 days from the event, no refund will be provided.
